A setting for a personal beginning

Small steps. Your own way forward.

Children, adolescents and parents bring different questions. Explore three perspectives on personal support.

Discovering and trying things out.

For children, play can offer a way to begin. Together, we explore feelings, questions and what is already going well. The methods depend on the child and their situation.

Finding your own perspective.

Young people need room for their view of things. Listening, thinking together and manageable everyday steps are central. There can be room for lightness and humour, too.

Making sense of things together.

Parents and caregivers bring valuable experience. We agree personally how to work together, considering the child, the family and their particular circumstances.

There is room for what matters to you.

01Anxiety & worries

When anxiety and worries take up a lot of space in daily life, there is room to talk about them. Together, we explore what concerns the child or adolescent and whether my approach is a suitable fit.

02Attention & ADHD

Attention in daily life and questions about ADHD can be experienced in different ways. Our conversation considers individual circumstances and existing strengths; goals and the approach are agreed personally.

For difficult experiences, getting to know one another is the first step. We explore what needs support and what framework is suitable. You do not need to put a clear label on your concerns before making an initial enquiry.

06Family & development

Developmental changes and changes in family life can bring new questions. We agree personally how parents and other important people can be involved, according to age, concerns and individual circumstances.

Understanding

Recognising connections and discovering existing strengths.

Moving forward

Finding steps that fit everyday life and your own pace.

The first step

You don’t need to have every answer yet.

A brief enquiry is enough to begin. We discuss your concerns, practical arrangements and next steps together.

Hover over a step, or select it with a click, tap or keyboard.

  1. 01Get in touchStart with a few basic details.

For an initial appointment enquiry, include your contact details and the patient’s health insurance type. We agree personally how confidential information can be shared.

    • Give your name, a way to contact you, your request for an initial meeting and whether the patient has statutory (public) or private health insurance.
    • Use the phone or a personal email; do not send reports or medical histories by unencrypted email.
  2. 02Get to know each otherDiscuss goals, earlier strategies and experiences.

The first meeting begins with your goals. We then explore what has already been tried, its effects and anything that has changed since your enquiry.

    • Clarify goals together
    • Explore earlier strategies
    • Notice what helped and what did not
    • Look at changes since your enquiry
    • Agree a suitable next step
  3. 03Plan the next stepAgree costs, arrangements and next appointments.

Fees, possible reimbursement and practical terms are clarified before treatment begins. An appointment enquiry does not guarantee a place in ongoing therapy.

    • Check reimbursement requirements with your insurer or relevant benefits office beforehand.
    • Ask the practice directly for current fees and agreements.
    • Sessions usually last about 45 minutes; during a crisis, an agreed session may take longer. Patient-portal booking requires verified registration and individual approval; live online booking is still being set up.

Room for new perspectives

One step. Then the next.

You do not need to solve everything at once. Together, we explore what is difficult — and what already helps you feel supported.
