Each patient can have a maximum of two future appointments.

Starting treatment is a separate decision after your initial contact.

Appointments
Appointments with a clear rhythm.
Available times appear in your patient portal after personal approval. Booking outside enabled hours is not possible.
Daytime practice sessions
Appointments start on the hour from 08:00 to 14:00, Monday to Friday. Individual days may be released until 15:00. A session usually lasts about 45 minutes. During a crisis, an agreed session may take longer.
Selected video evenings
Only on explicitly enabled dates: 19:00, 20:00 or 21:00. The final reserved hour ends at 22:00.
When to call
You’re welcome to call at any time. The best time to reach me is between 15:00 and 19:00. If I’m unable to answer, please leave a voicemail and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.

Annika Gubisch assigns permissions separately to patients and caregivers. Appointment management and access to individual documents are distinct. Clinical session notes are not visible in the patient portal.
Confirmation and cancellation.
Please cancel agreed appointments at least 24 hours before they begin. The earlier you cancel, the better I can rearrange the schedule and offer the available time to another patient. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not attend, I charge 80% of the agreed session fee under the cancellation terms agreed in writing beforehand, if the appointment cannot be filled by another patient. This missed-appointment fee is payable privately. Saved costs and income from alternative use of the time are credited. You may show that no loss, or a substantially smaller loss, occurred; the fee is then waived or reduced accordingly.
